The Building Projects Team is seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning, coordination and management of building projects.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget and in compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project scope and design requirements
  • Preparing documentation and plans for smooth project delivery
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to refine project briefs
  • Managing projects through delivery stages, ensuring compliance and quality
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of the capital works cycle

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Building Design, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience in scoping, designing and delivering building projects is essential.

Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, procurement and compliance, is required.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also necessary.
