Overview:

Are you a seasoned project manager looking to take your skills to the next level? Do you have experience in the building management systems (BMS) or building automation industry?

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced BMS project manager who can lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage BMS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and successful delivery.
  • Prepare project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the BMS or building automation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS systems, including HVAC, lighting controls, energy management, and security systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification (preferred).
