We are seeking a senior building professional to lead and manage complex projects, oversee resource planning, set work priorities, and motivate teams to achieve performance standards.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of professional standards, objectives, and priorities for our programs, projects, and services. You will also conduct research and analysis to resolve complex issues and support the effective management of assigned programs, assets, and systems.

About this role:

  • Apply innovative approaches to support our strategic goals and service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively to build cooperation, implement change, mitigate risk, and encourage open communications across teams/units.
  • Evaluate and analyse complex faults and information, provide specialized professional advice, and develop clear reports with recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in our services.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A recognized degree or postgraduate qualification in architecture, engineering, building surveying, construction management, building, public policy, law, or related discipline.
  • Accreditation as an Accredited Professional - Building Level 1, Building Level 2, or Building Level 3 in South Australia.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of National and State-based statutory instruments that form part of the Building Rules in SA.
