High-Performance Maintenance Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technician to join our team in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will have a mechanical trade qualification, prior experience in similar roles within manufacturing environments, and the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure production targets and minimum downtime targets are achieved daily.
  • Development and monitoring of routine equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Preventative maintenance, production machinery breakdown troubleshooting, repair work, commissioning of new machinery.
  • Analyzing records and identifying opportunities to improve maintenance programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mechanical trade qualification.
  • Prior experience in similar roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working with production and maintenance KPIs, including planned preventative maintenance programs.
  • Physically fit and able to perform regular manual handling duties.
  • BW boiler license and forklift license (HRW) (desired).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.
