Location: Port Kembla, Wollongong**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular plant and equipment inspections.
- Enhance equipment reliability through technical expertise.
- Plan and execute corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Utilize digital systems to improve inspection accuracy.
- Monitor plant condition for maintenance planning.
- Provide relief cover for Equipment Specialists.
- Supervise maintenance activities.
- Ensure availability of key spares and components.
- Assist in developing and reviewing maintenance plans and strategies.
- Mentor Core Team, apprentices, and operational staff.
- Meet HRF requirements for the area.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant trade qualifications (essential).
- Engineering Associate Diploma (desirable).
- Strong technical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, drawings).
- Experience in equipment maintenance and strategy.
- Understanding of maintenance management.
- Ability to coordinate and direct work.
- Good communication skills.
