Strategic Risk Management Specialist

The HUB24 Group is seeking an experienced Financial Risk Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all relevant risks are captured and considered, and remain within Risk Appetite.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial crime, fraud, data and privacy risks across the organisation
- Develop and maintain high quality and informative reporting for Boards/Board Committees and the Group Executive
- Drive the effective operationalisation of specialist risk frameworks and policies into the business
- Ensure the specialist services team works with and leverages the business partners to support embedment of risk awareness and culture
- Professional qualifications in risk management with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience
- In-depth experience across financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy risk categories
- Specialist qualifications in risk management (ACAMS qualification favourably considered)
- Highly organised, detail orientated and self-motivated
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret information
