Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring every payroll cycle is delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with legislation;
  • Handling payroll queries, data integrity, and process improvements;
  • Working closely with employees and leaders as a reliable partner to deliver complex tasks and make recommendations for continuous refinement of payroll operations;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years' experience in payroll administration and operations, preferably in a multi-country or high-volume environment;
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Awards, superannuation, PAYG) and exceptional attention to detail;
  • A process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving improvements, resilience in fast-moving environments, and excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
