**Credit Team Member**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dedicated credit team. As a valued member, you'll have a customer-focused approach when performing accounts receivable tasks including managing collections and outstanding debt.

Key responsibilities include:

  • - process customer payments from the bank statement daily.
    - release orders for both Trade and Cash sale accounts.
    - process credit card payments.
    - debt collection of both Trade and COD accounts.
    - reconciliation of accounts.
    - partner with internal stakeholders to achieve reconciling the bank statement.
    - attend Credit Meetings as required.

**Requirements**

We are looking for an applicant who has prior experience in an AR role. You'll need to have open and transparent communication, and you need to have the ability and confidence to cultivate positive relationships and the capacity to work well across all stakeholder groups.

In addition:

  • - out of the box thinking - this role requires problem solving skills
    - SAP system experience is highly regarded
    - previous experience in the manufacturing or building industry is highly desirable
