Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused driver to join our team. As the first point of contact for key customers, you will be responsible for driving vehicles to and from Genesis customers in a safe and efficient manner.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in the automotive industry. You will be reporting to the Service Consultant and working as part of a supportive team. Your main duties will include:

  • Driving vehicles to and from customers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Promoting positive customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Using innovative approaches to resolve customer concerns and communicating successful resolution within the team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • A full licence and excellent driving record
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Self-motivation and reliability
  • The ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workload and meet deadlines
