International Workforce Transition Specialist

Global Mobility Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and oversee full lifecycle international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience across borders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Global Expatriate Management Cycle with strong partnerships with business stakeholders
- Engage with assignees for effective communication and regular connections
- Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships globally
- Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of Global Mobility (immigration matters, employer taxes, relocation management)
- Provide subject matter expertise and consult on Global Mobility standards interpretation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder; Master's degree preferred
- General experience: 8 years and above
- Extensive background in all aspects of Global mobility (immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations/assignment on international projects, entire assignment lifecycle, relocation management)
- Experience in handling inter-country transfers across Asia Pacific Region (APAC)
