
Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will involve mapping customer journeys, developing automated communication strategies, and optimising cross-channel experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of trigger marketing and customer segmentation, and experience with Google Analytics. They will be a natural problem-solver, data whiz, and excellent communicator.
- Mapping customer journeys and identifying prioritisation strategies
- Developing and implementing automated communication funnels
- Optimising cross-channel experiences through customer feedback, analytics, and insights
You'll be responsible for delivering results in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, and evolving your skills to meet business needs.
