We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to the day-to-day management of contracts in a dynamic environment.
The successful applicant will support our project and operational teams, ensuring commercial and contractual risk is identified and managed while supporting project delivery teams to achieve financial and operational performance targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines.
- Facilitate contract execution and coordinate with our commercial team for project securities.
- Assist in setting up project controls, including cost tracking and progress reports.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation notifications, and contractual notifications and responses.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure coordinated contract management.
- Support the Divisional Manager with monthly project forecasts.
- Provide leadership to the Contract Administrators.
- Degree in Construction or Contracts Management (desired).
- 5-10 years' experience within a similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding of AS, GC21, and NEC.
- Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Coins, Felix, or Procore (valuable).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients.
- High attention to detail and data processing accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
