Retirement Community Experience Coordinator

Seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of our premium retirement resort. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, reliable, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, professional, and fun team environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level customer service to residents and guests
  • Responding to resident and guest enquiries and requests
  • Assisting with day-to-day operational activities
  • Delivering resident packages and room service meals
  • Driving Resort Vehicle during some shifts (Class C)
  • Setting up and packing down of resident activities
  • Assisting the restaurant team when required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Be extremely well-presented and reliable
  • Have a passionate and customer-focused approach
  • Hold a valid drivers' licence
  • Have a current First Aid and CPR certificates, or be willing to obtain
  • Have RSA and Barista skills, ideal but not essential
