Optical Assistant Role

As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their eyecare needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with selecting eyewear, taking measurements, and making recommendations based on their personal style and preferences
  • Support the optical team with day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality
  • Optical experience preferred but not required
  • Passion for creating amazing customer experiences and delivering outstanding results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
