Customer Service Professional Wanted

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to manage various duties in our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide seamless service delivery

Requirements:

We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and basic knowledge of Excel and Word is required.
