Strategic HR Business Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partnerships Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and coach a team of HR professionals in providing strategic and operational HR advice, while promoting a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.

  1. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading HR Business Partnership functions, managing organisational change and transformation processes, preferably within a government setting.
  2. They must be able to maximise team effectiveness by selecting, developing, leading and motivating a high performing business partnering team.
  3. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders.
  4. A strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures, and contemporary developments in human resources management, including the Fair Work Act 2009, is also required.
