
Cancer Trials Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic research team in Hobart.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patient visit requirements, assist in appointment scheduling, and external hospital liaison for tissue requirements or medical information.
- Assist with data capture, data entry, and data queries directly into the case report forms.
- Support the research staff in relation to clinical trial administration tasks.
- Ensure trial documentation is prepared and ready for investigator review/sign off.
- Manage investigator site files and essential documents as per GCP.
- Facilitate the attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, and accurate collection of source data.
- Process and dispatch samples and other materials required by clinical research protocols.
- Work closely with monitors for ongoing monitoring at site and facilitate remote visits.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a change to our research team at a site level and complement a growing trials portfolio.
As a member of our research team, you will report to the site-based research coordinator team leader and receive support to coordinate and conduct day-to-day management of administrative tasks associated with clinical trials.
