Wine Expert Wanted

At our leading hospitality group, we're seeking a highly skilled Wine Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wine experiences for our guests.

With a passion for wine and a deep knowledge of local, national, and international varieties, you will play a crucial role in shaping our wine programs and menus.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Sommelier or Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
  • Basic knowledge of wine, including local, national, and international varieties
  • Passion for wine and the industry
  • Exceptional service skills
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day-to-day operations
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
  • Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Must have full Australian work rights
