Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employment outcomes for people with disability.
- Build strong partnerships with local employers to foster inclusive workplaces.
- Secure suitable jobs for participants in Help's Inclusive Employment Australia program.
- Nurture relationships with employers to increase repeat business and conversions.
- Prior experience in employment services is highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reverse marketing, sales or cold calling expertise.
- Able to work towards targets and key performance indicators.
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disability.
