Job Description:The successful applicant will work in a casual role providing support and assistance to clients in their daily lives. This includes assisting with household chores, grocery shopping, medication management, and attending medical appointments.
Responsibilities:- Assist with household chores and grocery shopping
- Manage medication and attend medical appointments
- Engage clients in leisure activities such as holidays, fishing, camping, and beach activities
- Foster social inclusion and community access
- Encourage fitness and wellbeing activities
- Develop independent living skills
- Implement behaviour management strategies
- Provide personal care
- Hold a Blue Card for Working with Children or be eligible to apply
- Currently hold or be eligible to apply for NDIS Worker Screening
- Hold a driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Complete NDIS E-Learning modules
- Have a smartphone with internet access
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities including CPI training
- Annual free flu vaccination
