Digital Transformation Training Solutions Specialist

As a Training Officer, you will play a vital part in developing and delivering effective training solutions for system implementation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic Training Specialist with a passion for content development and training delivery. They should have experience designing and delivering training programs for large-scale technology projects, preferably ERP/CRM systems, and possess strong content development skills, including proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.
Main Responsibilities- Design and align training programs for ERP/CRM systems using the ADDIE framework to drive successful implementation.
- Develop high-quality, up-to-date training content that adheres to best practices and meets learner needs.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments and create targeted learning solutions to address specific gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and maximize team performance.
- Act as the central point of contact for training and support inquiries.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions across various formats, including e-learning, virtual, and blended approaches.
- Lead training sessions to empower internal teams and enhance their skills and confidence.
- Monitor training outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and refine programs as needed to optimize results.
- Support system change and transformation initiatives by ensuring accessibility of training materials and resources.
Work on a high-impact digital transformation project, collaborating with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment. Opportunities for contract extensions are available based on project needs and requirements.
