Job Overview

Branch Manager

We are seeking a dedicated leader to drive business performance and customer engagement in a dynamic retail environment.

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 5 days of work per week, Monday through Friday.
  • As a Branch Manager, you will build strong relationships with customers and local businesses, identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to meet their needs.
  • You will empower your team by coaching and mentoring, promoting NAB's values and fostering a culture of equity and respect.

A successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, able to lead sales activities and achieve business objectives. You will deliver a consistent and engaging customer experience, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive results.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing branch performance, strategic development and relationship building with the wider Retail division.
