Job Title: NDIS Community Engagement Specialist

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that prioritize growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include conducting high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions, promoting products or services to prospective clients, and providing continuous feedback to sales teams.

You will also be responsible for reviewing sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines, interacting with clients, and responding to inquiries about our products or services.

In addition, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the needs of people living with a disability, case management, and engagement skills, as well as experience or understanding of the NDIS including relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability in meeting performance targets, excellent time management, and administrative skills, and the ability to work in a close team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven record of sales growth
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales-related fields
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
