• A full-time role based in our Fountain Gate location, Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm.

As a banking community leader, you'll build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses and be an advocate in community initiatives.

In this role, you will lead by example and thrive in a diverse environment.

• Drive the overall performance of the site through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction.
• Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities.
• Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners;
• Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out remain in place across the site.
• Manage performance & strategic development of the site and its relationship with the wider division.

• Experience in leadership, with the ability to inspire and influence others; retail banking experience will be highly regarded.
• A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality.
• An ability to work collaboratively as a team and resilience, self-motivation and energy to create our signature customer experience.
• A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
