Cost Management Coordinator

Position Overview
As a Cost Management Coordinator, you will oversee expense reporting, manage the master data communication channel, assist with fuel card oversight, and conduct exception analysis.
This is a permanent full-time position with flexible work-from-home options available.

Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate and authorize employee expense submissions, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage Concur system operations, including user support and troubleshooting
- Administer fuel card usage, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines
- Analyze fuel purchase records to identify and rectify any unauthorized transactions
- Assist in generating monthly reports on fuel card exceptions, highlighting potential savings and process enhancements
- Maintain employee master data and financial records
- Propose improvements to processes and system functionalities
Qualifications for Success
- Proven experience in a related role
- Familiarity with SAP and Concur systems
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization techniques
