Employee Relations Coordinator

The Employee Relations Coordinator will play a key role in providing guidance and administrative support to the team and our business stakeholders on employee-related cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in kickstarting their career in Human Resources and/or Employee Relations and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Provide support and advice to leaders on low-risk Employee Relations (ER) matters concerning team members.
  • Provide initial guidance and advice to leaders and team members on the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the ER Compliance program of work and associated administration delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider ER Team; preparing meeting notes, taking minutes, and collating documentation, as required.


What we are looking for

  • Undergraduate degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Entry-level HR experience in a mid to large-sized organisation.
  • Experience in coordinating a range of administrative HR functions and across multiple locations and functions.
  • Experience working in service industries and fast-paced dynamic workplaces.

You are a diligent individual with a keen passion in Human Resources. This role will suit those who enjoy high-volume and consistent administrative work. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of the strategic vision of our Employee Relations team's sensitive case management at Echo Entertainment Group.
