We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesperson to join our Fixed Income and Currencies team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, providing them with innovative risk management solutions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients, developing and executing strategies to grow our corporate flow business.
  • Risk Management Solutions: Provide expert advice and solutions to corporate clients on FX and interest rate risk management, including investment solutions where relevant.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of Fixed Income and Currencies products, including FX and interest rate derivatives, and structured investment solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Global Markets teams, other salespersons, and departments to drive sales initiatives and maintain awareness of our strengths and offerings.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 6-8 years of relevant financial markets experience in Sales or Global Markets.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Fixed Income and Currencies products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
