Senior Commercial Property Manager

Adelaide Commercial Real Estate is a well-established and respected commercial property practice in the market.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the commercial property industry, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Duties include managing commercial properties, issue work-orders and quote requests for maintenance issues, insurance claims, routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections, dealing with sub-contractors, insurance companies, clients - landlords and tenants, lawyers, builders etc., breach notices, invoice and quote review, answering calls on a very busy commercial property portfolio, accurate data entry and maintenance of system records.
The successful candidate will have exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task, bright and friendly personality, high level of presentation, excellent telephone manner and communication skills, and be able to deal and speak with all types of people.
This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration package and long-term career prospects.
