Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective conference promotion strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries about services, catering, and event offerings.
  • Meet with clients to assess their needs and present customised event solutions.
  • Coordinate logistics, including conference facilities, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual equipment, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Assist with participant registrations and ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Negotiate service types and costs while maintaining budget constraints.
  • Oversee contractor activities and report any discrepancies from work orders.
  • Provide administrative support, manage client relationships, coordinate event materials, and handle customer service inquiries.

About You

  • Hold a qualification in communications, marketing, events, or a related field, or have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate a high level of motivation, organisation, and a drive to deliver results.
  • Be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment.
