Senior Healthcare Professional

Our team seeks a dedicated senior healthcare professional to deliver high-quality patient care in a home-based setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care and leadership to a designated client portfolio.
  • Develop, implement, and review comprehensive care plans to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process for new staff members and facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Be currently registered with AHPRA.
  • Possess extensive general nursing experience with demonstrated clinical expertise.
  • Be able to effectively collaborate with the care team and provide coordinated care.
  • Exhibit confidence in managing conflict, pressures, and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate experience working within a multidisciplinary team, showcasing leadership, support, and mentorship skills.
