  • Work with our Omni Channel platform to process inbound inquiries, orders, returns, and general items, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • See customer enquiries through to completion, maintaining accurate records and documents related to customer activity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
  • Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
