Job Description

The Site Financial Controller is responsible for financial reporting and performance management of three sites in NSW (Moorebank, Marsden Park, and Kemps Creek). This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes and controls, as well as experience in managing operational risks.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate qualification in accounting or equivalent professional qualification, such as CA/CPA. They will also have 2-5 years' experience in a finance analyst role or similar capacity.

A strong understanding of Excel and performance management tools, such as PowerBI, is essential for this role. Experience with SAP and automation tools, such as PowerQuery, would be advantageous.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail. They will also be able to bridge the gap between operations and finance, driving profitability and ensuring accurate gross profit at the country, entity, product, and customer level.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the delivery organisation on proactively managing operational risks, creating and maintaining guardrails to protect the organization against revenue leakages.
  • Monitor and drive actions to ensure the PnL reflects accurate gross profit at the country, entity, product, and customer level.
  • Review controls related to profitability, identify root cause leading to control ineffectiveness, and drive mitigation plans together with business functions.
  • Review of revenue billed and accrued vs estimated revenue and deep dive into any abnormal incidents.
  • Review effectiveness of new platform/process roll outs, conduct on-site reviews, and provide recommendations to address local gaps.
Salary Package

The salary package for this role includes a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
