  • Oversee membership sales and billing processes, working closely with the finance team to achieve sales targets.
Facility Maintenance:
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks and repairs, ensuring the facility's smooth functioning and compliance with regulations.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards and implement hygiene protocols, prioritizing health and safety.
Sales and Marketing:
  • Contribute to achieving membership sales targets through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new customers and promote the centre's services.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead recruitment efforts and provide comprehensive training programs for staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track centre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
