Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day club operations, ensuring seamless front desk services and administration
  • Drive sales growth through strategic membership promotion and lead generation initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster strong relationships with members
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient facility environment
  • Support personal trainers in delivering top-notch services
  • Promote a positive club culture that motivates and inspires members
  • Engage with the local community through outreach and marketing efforts
  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, administrative, and leadership skills
  • Self-motivation and passion for health and fitness
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to improving club operations and contributing innovative ideas
  • Understanding of gym environments and fitness services
  • Sales experience is highly advantageous
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior experience in a 24-hour gym setting is preferred but not essential
