Job Opportunity:

As a Manager at a leading fitness club, you will be responsible for driving success by leading a dynamic team. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, proactive sales approach, and leadership experience managing a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales budgets and analyze performance data to determine strategies for improvement
  • Meet your own sales targets to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual goals
  • Deliver exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns efficiently
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent among staff members
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals
  • Hold weekly meetings with department leaders to drive collaboration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high-volume environment, ideally within the fitness industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management with strong verbal, written, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide insightful reporting
  • A genuine passion for fitness and sales
