Join our **Stepz Fitness** team in Bateau Bay We're seeking a dedicated individual who can oversee our new premium facility. This is a gym managerial role. We are seeking a Part Time/ Full Time gym manager.

At **Stepz Fitness**, we combine 24/7 gym access with functional group training under one roof. As the Gym Manager, you'll lead a passionate team and inspire our members to achieve their best.

**YOUR ROLE**:
As a key player in our fitness community, your responsibilities will include:

- Assist in managing day-to-day club operations, including overseeing front desk services and administration
- Driving membership sales and lead generation
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships with members
- Ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and running efficiently
- Supporting and assisting personal trainers in delivering top-quality services
- Creating a vibrant and motivating club culture
- Promoting the club within the local community through outreach and marketing efforts
- Posting and managing content on social media (training provided if needed)

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills
- Self-motivation with a passion for health and fitness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach, contributing ideas and feedback to improve club operations
- Understanding of gym environments and fitness services
- Sales experience is highly advantageous
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in a 24-hour gym is a plus, but not required
