Job Title:

Retail and Social Media Assistant

Seeking a self-driven retail professional with sales experience and social media expertise to join our team in a part-time role. This is an opportunity for someone who excels in customer service, online marketing, and sales analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-class customer service when dealing with customers, both in person, over the phone, and online
- Liaise with internal and external customers by maintaining professional contact, including arranging inspections and deliveries of goods
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Reach outlined sales targets and maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied and the marketplace
- Handle payments and manage financial transactions

Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and goals, consistent with our brand identity across platforms like Facebook, eBay, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Create engaging content that promotes our products, posted and advertised in a high volume across all social media platforms
- Review analytics and define social media KPIs to refine strengths and weaknesses of different social media marketing campaigns
- Engage with social media followers, responding to messages, inquiries, reviews, and comments in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Requirements:

- Retail Sales Experience (Required - at least 1 year)
- Social Media Experience (Required - at least 1 year)
- Bachelor's Degree in social media marketing or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with social media, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and eBay, as well as effective marketing techniques
- Advanced computer skills and graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and eBay pages and postings
- Ability to work unsupervised, work well under pressure, and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
