Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support critical information governance and project coordination efforts in a Defence setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed data management structures and metadata standards to enhance information accessibility.
  • Apply strong knowledge of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to assess potential risks and improve decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Defence information policies and procedures to maintain high standards of information security.
  • Contribute to project controls by tracking progress, reporting on key milestones, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in information governance standards.
  • Provide reporting and support to structure, store, and make information easily accessible across the organization.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or certificate in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Defence or Government environment.
  • Proven project coordination experience in a high-stakes setting.
  • NV1 Security Clearance
Desirable Skills:

The following skills would be highly desirable:

  • Experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Familiarity with Defence information policies and procedures.
  • Strong project controls experience, with the ability to manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Experience working with detailed data management structures and developing metadata standards.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to communicate and implement information governance improvements.
  • Strong reporting skills and experience in supporting organizations to enhance data accessibility.
