
Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will involve partnering with business leaders to achieve strategic goals, developing talents, coaching business leaders, and providing HR guidance and support for organizational, cost efficiency, talent, and culture-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Human Resource Management/HR Business Partnering, with at least 10 years of experience in multinational company setups.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be organized in their approach to problem-solving, and have experience in local legislation, industrial awards, unions, enterprise bargaining agreements (EBAs), or collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing effective communication with functional areas
- Influencing peers to meet objectives
- Certainly The ideal candidate will also have experience in analyzing compensation and benefits, leading and coordinating multiple projects, and influencing across different teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management/HR Business Partnering
- Experience in multinational company setups
