About the Role

This role involves performing front desk/reception duties, including check-in procedures and ensuring data accuracy. You will also be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with internet access, baggage arrangement, and shower/nap room booking.

You will need to maintain overall upkeep of the lounge, promote services and facilities, and handle guest requests and complaints effectively.

A good knowledge of airport facilities, direction to boarding gates, and handling confidential information are essential skills for this role.

You will also be responsible for answering the telephone line, maintaining accurate records, and working in a team to improve the quality management system.

In addition, you will ensure efficient guest entry and queue management, introduce the Smart Traveller program, and represent the PPG brand positively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front desk operations. Fresh graduates with a high school diploma may also apply.

  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cheerful with a positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in English and local language, both written and spoken.
  • Will to work on shifts hours.
