Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package, with estimated annual earnings ranging from $80,000 to over $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications. About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing quality clinical care to patients at RAAF Base Edinburgh. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient management, develop and maintain patient care plans, and assess patients to coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments. Your expertise and skills will make a tangible difference in the lives of our patients.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour;
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA);
  • A current Sexual Health and Family Planning Australia Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health for Nursing or equivalent; and
  • Minimum of 2 years full-time Post Graduate experience within the previous 5 years in a sexual and reproductive health nurse role (or part time equivalent).

RAAF Base Edinburgh is located 25km North of Adelaide, offering a unique opportunity to live and work in a vibrant community with easy access to the city's amenities. The base operates a 16-bed low dependency ward 24/7, providing primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, dental, physiotherapy, mental health, pharmaceutical, and rehabilitation services.
