Serco, in partnership with Bupa, provides defence-ready clinical and support staff to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.
About the RoleAs a Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering quality healthcare services to patients. You will develop patient care plans, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide coordinated patient management, assess patients, and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quality clinical care to patients
- Develop and maintain patient care plans
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient management
- Assess patients and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum of 2 years full-time Post Graduate experience within the last 5 years in health promotion or part-time equivalent
- Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
The position is based at RAAF Base Edinburgh, located 25km North of Adelaide. The base accommodates 3500 personnel from the Australian Army and RAAF, and it's home to the RAAF Institute of Aviation Medicine.
