Salary Package

The salary package for this role includes a competitive base salary of $90,000 plus superannuation and KPI bonuses, making it one of the most attractive offers in the region. Additionally, relocation assistance is provided to candidates willing to relocate to our Idyllic Coastal Northern NSW Location.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced 2IC Venue Manager to oversee operations at our higher-end food and beverage focused venue. As a hands-on professional with a strong focus on food and beverage service, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of venue operations, including F&B, DJ's, live entertainment, compliance, and licensing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure the delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene across all areas of the venue.
  • Leading and managing a team of staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Managing budgets and forecasting to ensure financial performance meets expectations.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Venue Manager in a higher volume, food and beverage focused venue.
  • Detailed knowledge of all aspects of venue operations, including F&B, DJ's, live entertainment, compliance, and licensing.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
