Australian Unity is seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our Home Health program in Kempsey and Port Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and a team of Care Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Conduct initial assessments, annual reviews, and develop comprehensive care plans to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Talent Acquisition and Growth: Lead customer acquisition and growth while building a strong and positive brand in the community.
  • Team Management: Drive a forward-thinking recruitment strategy, support your team throughout the employment lifecycle, and promote a culture of safety.
  • Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Maintain a strong focus on compliance within your portfolio and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Aged Care Experience: Prior experience in Aged Care, including knowledge of funding levels and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven People Leader with a track record of cultivating a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Coaching and Development: Strong coaching and development capabilities to nurture your team's growth.
  • Financial Management: Prior experience in managing financial budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective stakeholder management with the ability to drive business outcomes.
