Expert Client Relationship Manager

This pivotal position is focused on building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored support services to meet the needs of our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage new client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop trusted relationships with clients, families, and referrers through empathy and professionalism
- Conduct outreach visits to referral sources daily to foster strong business connections
- Represent the organization at client meetings, presentations, expos, and community events to promote our services
- Guide clients through care service options and facilitate service contract negotiations to meet their unique needs
Business Development Opportunities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (GPs, hospitals, clinics, retirement villages, aged care services, accountants, legal advisers, etc.)
- Generate and follow up leads to increase service uptake and client base growth
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to extend service reach and impact
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven success in a sales or business development role (service industry experience essential)
- Experience in medical, aged care, or community services sales (highly desirable)
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative, organization, and self-motivation
- Ability to work autonomously across a diverse geographical area
- Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
