As a Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team that provides workforce planning intelligence to support workforce design and reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop effective communication and negotiation skills, as well as building productive teams.
We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals who possess strong communication skills, a high level of organisational and planning skills, and the ability to adapt in changing circumstances.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic workforce and/or HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills. They will also have a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to work independently with reasonable autonomy and accountability for the achievement of outcomes.
