Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team in the field of disability services. As a Disability Services Officer, you will provide vital support to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Your role will include fostering community inclusion, delivering personal care, and building meaningful relationships. You will work collaboratively with clients to meet their needs, upholding their rights, choices, and dignity.

  • Ensure people with disability have maximum control over their own lives
  • Deliver person-centred practice in all aspects of client support
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans and communicate effectively with clients

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is required for this role
  • First Aid Certificate
  • National Police Check issued within the last six months
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Check
  • Full Australian driver's licence
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation
  • Completion of NDIS Supporting Effective Communication module
  • Completion of NDIS Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals module
