Generalist HR Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Generalist HR Advisor to partner with our Retail & Wholesale teams. As an integral member of the ANZ People & Culture team, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice and support to leaders across diverse retail and wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders to provide generalist HR advice and support
  • Drive recruitment and onboarding processes that attract and retain talent aligned to our values
  • Manage annual performance and succession planning to build a culture of high performance
  • Provide advice on employee relations and compliance
  • Support workplace injury management and leave processes
  • Deliver and embed global HR initiatives into the ANZ business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience, ideally in a multi-site retail or wholesale environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Workday experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
