**Job Title:** Communications Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our internal communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing global communications strategies that inspire, engage, and align our team. You will work closely with leaders across the company to communicate vision, mission, and culture while driving adoption and embedding sustained change as we continue to scale.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Design and lead end-to-end communications projects, campaigns, and tactics that build an authentic and open two-way dialogue reflecting our vision, thought leadership, culture, and values.
  • Partner with teams to support communications for complex change management projects, ensuring seamless execution and effective messaging.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to develop new communications programs, improving company-wide communications while evolving processes to deliver proactive, clear, and compelling messages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience supporting internal/employee/change communications in fast-growing environments; tech experience preferred but not required.
• Expert communicator and storyteller with impeccable writing skills, able to speak to a global audience and adapt your writing style across various media, formats, and context.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives that rally and inspire global audiences.
