We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis professional to support the delivery of platform-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong insurance domain experience and a background in consulting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop close relationships with clients to understand and document business needs, pain points, and process improvements.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with the platform architecture.
- Contribute to solution design, validation, and testing activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discussions with both technical and business audiences.
- Support project delivery through impact analysis, gap assessments, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and product teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Participate in UAT planning and support defect resolution.
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in a technology delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of general or commercial insurance (underwriting, claims, policy admin, compliance).
- Demonstrated consulting experience (vendor, consultancy, or professional services).
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and running workshops.
- Strong documentation ability: BRDs, user stories, data/process models.
- Comfortable working with Agile delivery methods and cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and process mapping tools.
- Ability to manage priorities and work across concurrent projects.
- Experience with insurance software platforms or SaaS configuration tools.
- Exposure to scripting, rules engines, or business logic configuration.
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, or integration design.
